How Long Do Orders take

Orders are filled from warehouses across the coutry. Therefore your order may take from 1 day up to 1 week. If the order is placed before the warehouse cut-off (usually 12pm) it will ship the same day. You may receive your order in seperate shipments.

Embroidered or printed orders take about 3 weeks but can be rushed for additional fees or delayed if art is not prepared/approved promptly. Custom designs are quoted per project and time allowance.

Where can we ship to?

We ship to the US only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses will be notified of shipping charges after the order is placed and before it is processed. Sorry, we do not ship to foriegn coutries except with the use of an exporting service company.

UPS insures packages for up to $100. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged ittems after we ship. Please request additional insurance if you would like when you check out

We cannot ship to a PO Box. Be sure to enter a correct shipping street address and let us know if you have special delivery times or shipping needs. If the item is undeliverable to you, you will be responsible to pay to have it shipped again. It is important that you review your order for accuracy.

Shipping Rates and Information

Free Shipping does not apply to expedited services. If your order is over 21 pieces and you would like it shipped via UPS expedited services, you will be charged for that option.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For UPS 3 day or orders for items in stock and received by 12:00 p.m. PST will usually be shipped that day. For UPS 3 day or orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST, do not count the day you order, begin counting on the next UPS business day (do not include weekends or any holidays). For example, if you place an order at 12:00 p.m. PST today and request next day air, you should receive it the next business day. If you ordered UPS 3 Day, you would begin counting tomorrow.

Note: Expedited services may not be available for some oversize items, for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or to APO addresses.

Important Expedited Services Note:By choosing any UPS Expedited Service you are acknowledging the price may be high and agree to pay this shipping charge. There are times when the shipping charge greatly exceeds the amount that auto calculates during checkout. In this case we will attempt to contact you before we proceed with the order.

Most orders for in-stock items ship within one business day. Large quantity orders may take longer. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation copy of the entire order. It is important that you review this verification to avoid delays and charges.

Special Note Regarding Coupons, Special Offers & Shipping: Occasionally we have online promotions which involve discounts on merchandise or on the total value of the order; these promotions do not apply to shipping charges which are computed based on the full value of the item or items chosen. To be eligible for an online promotion you must actually place your order online along with any promotion code; phone and mail orders do not qualify for online promotions.

Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE RETURN POLICY! A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the returnee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may* be returned within 15 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs and restocking fee, or for a store credit less the shipping costs and restocking fee.To "exchange" merchandise, your credit card will be charged for the new items and a credit will be issued when your return is processed. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

You must follow these steps to return or exchange:

Items must be received back at our warehouse within 5 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, with all tags in place. Items must me unworn and in resalable condition. Items must come from a non-smoking environment. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address (Insert your RMA number):

Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Please note that Custom, altered, and special order merchandise are not returnable. We can not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on clearance sale.

Ordering from our website is secure and safe. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time we ask for a credit card number during checkout for payment it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers. Servers are monitored/scanned daily by ScanAlert to ensure PCI compliance.
